Choose or Customize the Home
After the site evaluation, the design work begins. You can choose from the company’s floor plan library or bring your own design. Plans can be customized to fit the land, lifestyle, and budget, including changes to rooms, walls, exterior finishes, or garage space.
That design step is also where selections become more specific. A design consultation finalizes finishes before construction, followed by a detailed all-in price. Triad Core Builders emphasizes transparent pricing, walking through the line items, and avoiding hidden fees or surprise change orders.
Permitting, Site Prep, and Construction
Once the plan and price are set, the team handles permitting, inspections, and site preparation — clearing, grading, erosion control, utility connections, permits, inspections, and fees are all managed for you.
